The RCIU website operates like a statewide "crime watch" regarding rural crime incidents. As a member of the community, you can register to receive select e-mail notifications from law enforcement regarding the rural crime incidents.
Law enforcement can be made aware of the incident/tip without having to involve you as a witness. All related information can be submitted on a confidential basis to the Rural Crime Investigative Unit. All tips are anonymous unless the submitter provides their contact information. Your IP Address is not being logged and/or transmitted during submission.

Agricultural businesses, farmers, electric co-operatives, equipment dealers, livestock auction houses, feed stores, financial institutions and the general public can assist law enforcement by submitting information which can be sent anonymously regarding rural crime notifications.
